Trainer's Profile

Salim Ahmed is a well known Petroleum Industry professional with expertise in the area of Human Resource Development, Training and Institutional Building, having 40 years’ diversified experience of work, in Pakistan as well as abroad.  He has excellent interpersonal skills and works with a wide variety of people. He has delivered a number of courses for OGDCL, PPL, SSGC and other corporate sector organizations. Presently he is associated with Obiz Pakistan as Management Training Consultant.

He has extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programs, especially COMPETENCY and SKILL BASED. Skilled in identification of training needs, program design, appraisals and evaluation, he has become specialized through his training and corporate attachment with institutions and oil companies in Canada under Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) assistance program.

 He is a certified trainer from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), and alumni of Banff School of Advanced Management, Alberta, Canada.
